Privacy policy
arrai.in respects your privacy. If you contact us, the information you provide—such as your name, email address and message—is used only to reply to your enquiry and manage the requested conversation. We do not sell personal information.
External platforms linked from this website, including social networks, have their own privacy policies. Please review those policies before sharing information on their services.
Optional visitor city and page themes
The public Abhishek Rai page counts one visit per temporary browser tab session per day. A random session-only identifier is used to avoid counting a refresh repeatedly; the visitor analytics feature does not collect or publish IP addresses, names, precise addresses, GPS coordinates, or individual visitor histories. Counts are aggregate and public.
City, state/region and country are optional. They are shared only after you enter those details and tick the consent box. Public location totals are grouped, and a city is shown only after at least three visitors have opted in during the last 30 days. Opted-in city-level records are removed after 30 days; an aggregate total visit count is retained. You may skip sharing and still use the page. If you ask for local weather, the city you entered is sent to Open-Meteo for a weather lookup; exact coordinates are not requested or stored by ARRAI. We do not infer an MLA, CM or electoral constituency from an IP address or city name.
Colour-theme choices and the gentle daily nature note use browser storage on your device. Personal premium themes remain subject to existing account/VIP access rules. You can clear browser site data to remove these local preferences.
AI chat, web search and payments
If you use Ask ARRAI, Gemini receives the question you submit so it can prepare a reply. If you request current headlines or a web search, Google Search grounding may also be used and source links are shown where available. The chat transcript stays in the open page session and is not saved to an ARRAI profile. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information into AI chat. Google processes requests under its own terms and privacy policy.
VIP purchases and optional one-time support use Razorpay checkout. ARRAI does not receive or store full card or bank credentials. Membership orders are verified before VIP access is activated. Payment processing is subject to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy; a support payment is optional and does not purchase VIP.
Detective enquiry and member data
A detective enquiry may include your name, email, client role, requested service, non-sensitive summary, timing and the location fields you choose to provide. A detective membership application may include your contact details, experience, specialties, qualifications and profile photo. Do not submit passwords, ID documents, intimate images, private-account access or sensitive evidence through these forms.
Case and application records are stored in private Supabase tables and a non-public file bucket. The verified site owner can review them; an approved detective can view only cases assigned to that account. Detective-member photos are available only to the owner. Case PDF links sent by email are temporary and expire after seven days; member-portal PDF links expire after one hour.
Optional place lookup runs only after you tick the sharing notice and press a search button. Only the place query is sent to Photon; the case summary and person names are not sent. Photon uses OpenStreetMap data. Police-station suggestions are community-mapped, may be missing or outdated, and are not official records. Do not search a confidential address; enter it manually only if needed.
Case emails are sent through Resend only when the agency has configured a verified sender account. No website can promise zero security risk. To ask about access, correction or deletion of a detective record, email info@arrai.in with the case number or account email; do not include sensitive evidence in that request.
Terms of use
Content on arrai.in is provided for general information and portfolio purposes. Unless otherwise stated, all original content, branding and design are the property of Abhishek Rai and may not be reused without permission.
Any project scope, timelines and payments are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Questions about these terms can be sent to abhishekrai@arrai.in.
Detective enquiries
Submitting an enquiry or downloading its preliminary PDF does not create a final investigation-services contract, file a police or court case, or request emergency response. Work begins only after lawful authority and capability are reviewed and a separate written scope, fees and applicable terms are agreed. No result is guaranteed. The intake PDF is a draft acknowledgement and should be reviewed by qualified local counsel before being used as a binding agreement.
